Renowned Ghanaian Hiplife musician, Ofori Amponsah, has revealed that investing in real estate is one of the best decisions he has ever made.

In a recent interview on Zionfelix TV, the award-winning music star revealed his decision to venture into real estate was influenced by Daddy Lumba.

He mentioned that the renowned musician counselled him to put his money into more durable investments like lands and properties rather than cars, which are immaterial possessions.

“And one person who made me have interest in building was Charles Kojo Fosu (Daddy Lumba). We started in a nice house and I’d take some girls along with me to enjoy in a jacuzzi, sometimes when we are done he will ask me, what have I done with the money I have earned, and I will tell him I bought a car, he then asks me to move from the house and go and stay in the boys quarters. When I moved from the main house to the quarters, that was when I came to my senses.

Despite his great financial success, Ofori Amponsah thinks it is not so relevant to flaunt his properties on social media, hence his decision to keep it a secret.

“Yes, it’s quite true, I don’t have any bank I can say I trust so much and as a musician sometimes you can wake up one day and you don’t have a place to sleep or it’s going to be like one day Ofori Amponsah urgently calls for help with something, it will just hurt me so much and now the little money I get I invest it into building and it’s like a hobby now,” he stated.
