Flowking Stone Says It’s Difficult To Promote Songs Outside Ghana

Sensational Ghanaian Hip-life rapper, Kwaku Nsia Boama, otherwise known as Flowking Stone, has asserted that promoting music outside Ghana is difficult.

According to the ‘Go Low’ crooner who has been in the United Kingdom for a year now performing his ‘Daddy Duties’, he has not had it easy promoting his songs while he is overseas.

Speaking in an interview with Graphic showbiz, Flowking divulged that, “Yes, social media is there but it is not like being in Ghana and moving from one radio station or TV station to the other hyping up your songs.”

Flow is out with a new song titled “By My Side”, which was recorded by Dr Ray Beats. The song, which was  released last month with an accompanying video has simple lyrics and appealing to the ear. It is about the challenges Flowking Stone has been through and how God has stood by his side.

The artist, while touching on the Ghana music industry opined that, the fraternity should not be centered on only a few musicians. He explained that, “Opportunities should be given to all including up and coming artistes and veteran musicians. The norm in Ghana is for event organisers to use the same set of artistes to perform at shows which is not cool
