Giving “Non-Living Thing” to Sarkodie was one of the best moves I’ve ever made- Oxlade
Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Oxlade, has shared some details about his feature on Sarkodie’s “Non-Living Thing” song.
According to the “Kulosa” singer, he recorded the song for himself initially, however, he decided to give it to the B.E.T award-winning rapper.
Speaking in an interview on Day Break Hitz with Andy Dosty, Oxlade explained that giving the song to Sarkodie was the best decision he’s ever taken.

“I was the one who told him that I had a song for him. It was supposed to be on my project. It’s a record I created and I said that this song is meant for Sark. I knew in my heart that the song was meant to be for him. I sang it for him after we did ‘Overdose’.
“He came to Lagos to do promo and I played it for him and he was like, ‘yeah let’s do this.’ After we shot the video the song became one of the biggest songs. I feel like that is one of the best moves I’ve ever made,” he said on Hitz FM.
Sarkodie and Oxlade’s collaboration on “Non-Living Thing” is undoubtedly one of the biggest releases in the year 2021.
The song was featured in Sarkodie’s “No Pressure” album.
