I Believe My Mum Is Also Reading My Book- Yvonne Nelson
Renowned Ghanaian actress and movie producer, Yvonne Nelson, recently added another feather to her cap by venturing into the world of literature. Her debut book, a memoir titled ‘I Am Not Yvonne Nelson’ has been receiving rave reviews, as well as capturing the hearts of some readers worldwide.
Yvonne, during an interview with Giovanni Caleb at the Silverbird Cinema on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, where she held a book signing event noted that the book has been received well by Ghanaians, adding that some shops and libraries have run out of copies already.
According to her, she is very happy everyone is reading the book stressing that she plans of printing more copies and restocking them in shops all over the country.

Asked how things were between she and her mum at the moment , the sensational actress said, ”I believe she is also reading.” Yvonne Nelson further urged people who haven’t gotten a copy of her yet to do so.
In the book, Yvonne had revealed some painful memories with her mom, including the fact that she has not been able to reveal to her the identity of her real father.
Yvonne also shared that she has not seen her mum for over a year now.

It is true some secrets are better kept as secrets but not when my mother denied me a father due to her promiscuous behaviour. The lady wants to know her father and she keeps hovering around without success yet her mother keeps mute. What is that? Do you know the pain the lady goes true? What kind of mother will her fatherless daughter as pretty as this girl is ” I had you by mistake” How ?
