Legendary Ghanaian actress, Grace Omaboe affectionately called Maame Dokono has shared insights into her relationship with ace actor, David Dontoh and why it did not last.

Maame Dokono revealed in an exclusive interview on UTV’s ‘United Showbiz’ show last Saturday that she dated David Dontoh for 10 years and they got to a point they wanted to settle down as husband and wife officially.

However, their relationship which kickstarted in the 1990s did not work because she couldn’t give him a child.

According to her, she agreed to have a relationship with the actor just to minimize the number of guys and lesbians who were after her.

She however emphasized that their relationship didn’t work because she was not able to give birth to David Dontoh as a child.

Maame Dokono emphasized that the reason she didn’t give David Dontoh a child was because she was already having four children with another man hence didn’t want to add more.
