Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has said she’s looking forward to expanding her family. This time however, she plans to have the baby through a surrogate or adoption.

According to her, she doesn’t want her first son and child, Jamil, to be an only child.

In a recent interview with popular TV/Radio host Ebuka, the “Attention” hitmaker stated that she did not want to go through all the complications that come with childbirth again.

“If it’s God’s will, we’ll get a surrogate ‘cause I don’t want any more stretch marks or CS. It’s something I’m open to. I also want to adopt.”

Tiwa also hopes for girl next. According to her, she wanted a baby girl the first time but he turned out to be a boy.

“I did my first scan in Nigeria and was told he’s a boy… But now, I can’t change him for the world. I love him,” she added.

Savage was married to Tunji “Tee Billz” Balogun. On 23 November 2013, the couple held their traditional marriage at the Ark in Lekki. The couple’s white wedding was held on 26 April 2014 at the Armani Hotel in Dubai. On 1 January 2015, Savage and Balogun announced that they were expecting their first child together.

Tiwa and Tee Billz however, went their separate ways in April 2016.
