Ghanaian singer, Efya has stated that she is very much aware of who Blakk Rasta is now.

According to Efya, he respects Blakk Rasta for his job and everything else that he does.

“Oh yes, I’ll never not know that man ever again in my life. I’II know him every day, forever and ever and I pay respect to him for his job and everything he does,” she said in an interview on Asempa FM when asked about her comments on Blakk Rasta a few months ago.

Reacting to Efya’s change of my mind about her knowledge on who he is, Blakk Rasta has shared a portion of the interview on his Twitter with the caption;

It will be recalled that back in February, Efya had set social media ablaze when she stated that she did not have any idea about who Blakk Rasta is.

During an interview on GhOne TV, Efya was asked to share her view on Blakk Rasta’s take on Sarkodie’s feature on Bob Marley’s song.

However, the singer shockingly revealed that she doesn’t know who Blakk Rasta is.

“You don’t know Blakk Rasta?” the host asked to which Efya responded; “Who is that? He’s a rapper? He’s a what? He’s a radio journalist?”

When informed by the host who Blakk Rasta is? She said;

“But journalists say what they want, they don’t care. I don’t think I know who he is. What does he do, radio?”

After being reminded by the host with one of Blakk Rasta’s popular song, ‘Barack Obama,” it was then that his name rang a bell.

“Oh that funny man, yeah yeah yeah. He does funny songs, right? Listen, everyone for himself, God for us all,” Efya stated.

Blakk Rasta was not happy with Efya’s comments and tweeted saying;

“Sad what DRUGS can do to a beautiful soul. Be delivered and healed, in JESUS name!”

Well, it looks like the two have patched things up  now.
