IMEXCO Ghana introduces Barbados’ finest Rums and Claytons in Ghana
IMEXCO Ghana has organised a masterclass to introduce Barbados’ finest Rums and Claytons to bartenders in Accra Ghana.
The masterclass was led by International Bartender, Philip Antoine at Monin Studio in Labone who exhibited his dexterity in mixology.
The aim of the masterclass is to promote three of the finest rums from Barbados; the Cockspur Rum, Barbados 1966 Rum as well as Claytons Kola Tonic.
According to Philip Antoine, the leader of the masterclass, the event was to also educate bartenders on rums.
“The idea behind this intiative is to educate the bartenders on our rums as well as this beautiful product which carries the Claytons Kola Nut on the inside. So far, the project has been great, the bartenders have been enthusiastic, and having fun. So far, we’ve created some cocktails, notably the classic Bajan Rum Punch,” he stated at the event.
Patronisers of the event expressed their excitement for being involved in the masterclass, they were grateful to have been impacted.
IMEXCO Ghana has been the leading distributor of some of the most distinguished and prestigious beverages in Ghana for the last three decades. The company is the sole distributor of these brands from Barbados.
