Jackie Appiah donates 10 unit toilet facility to her hometown on her birthday

Ghanaian actress and Philanthropist, Jackie Appiah has left an indelible mark once again on the occasion of her birthday.

For her 39th birthday this year, the poplar actress, celebrated with the people of her hometown, Ejisu, Abankuro, in the Ashanti Region.

Jackie paid homage to the traditional leaders at Ejisu, Abankuro, where a durbar was held in her honour. She was treated to poetry recitals by school children, and a birthday cake was cut in her honour at the durbar.

Jackie donated a 10 unit modern toilet facility, a borehole, water, drinks, clothes, shoes, exercise books, tin tomatoes, and undisclosed amount of money to the community as part of her birthday celebrations.

This is not the first time the award-winning actress has donated items to less privileged communities on her birthday.

Last year, she donated an electric borehole to the people of the Kogni Community in Tamale.

The year before that, she refurbished the Korle-Bu Child Ward on her birthday.
