Speaking of her newest project, JEMDA said that “I wish for my music to be a testament to God’s love for mankind, and I’m confident that audiences will relate to  “Yisa Neeya”(Christ is Risen)’s message of hope. The song’s music video will complement  “Yisa Neeya”(Christ is Risen)’s overall upbeat tone and will further help visualize its lyrics with strong, evocative imagery.”

JEMDA, who, in addition to her music career, is a devoted Math and Economics teacher, is also currently pursuing her Masters in Agriculture Economics. Putting her faith and family first, JEMDA prioritizes taking care of her husband and two daughters, studying the gospel, and being an active member of her community through running Women of Worship (WOW). The latter is a program focused on promoting women in leadership roles, and has so far succeeded in empowering hundreds of participants to pursue their dreams and reach their full potential.

As for what the future holds for her after winning the prestigious Northern Entertainment “2019 Gospel Artist Of The Year” award, JEMDA added ““I am working hard towards reaching my goal of becoming one of the best gospel music writers, composers and singers Africa has ever produced. In addition to writing, composing and singing gospel, I am dedicated to winning souls for Christ through the magic of music; spreading the word about His life, and reminding fellow believers that He is coming back again to affirm his message of Eternal Life.”

The artist has so far produced two records and sings in both her local Ghanaian dialect and English. Emboldened by her favorite Bible verse, Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”, JEMDA pledges to charm crowds with all her future artistic endeavors.
