Sarkodie drops hot album cover for Sarkology album!

Published

on

sarkodie sarkology album cover Sarkodie has released an arty album cover for his upcoming third studio album, Sarkology.  Just like the name implies, the rapper  appears to be taking us to school in rap. The cover shows a young boy reading a magazine on Sarkodie, in a chair surrounded by school supplies and copies of Sarkodie CDs.  Sarkodie released the cover on twitter on Wednesday to the admiration of many. The rapper is currently in London shooting a video for a single from the album. The album will include hits such as ‘Illuminati’ and ‘Ordinary Love’ featuring Tiwa Savage. Sarkodie also promises fans an eclectic collection of songs of his ‘Sarkology’ album expected to be out in August. He said: “There’s a lot to expect on the new album, I can easily call it a Nigerian album because I have all my Nigerian friends supporting me on this album. I have 2face, Timaya, Banky W, Wizkid and so it is a lot of me stepping up and mixing up with the styles of other artists.  This is not planned but I think gradually I am doing more of female targeted songs because they want to see that side of Sarkodie. So I have Tiwa, Raquel, Efya and and Sian on it also.  So it’s more like giving listeners a variety of sounds. I also have azonto as well. The album is me but stepping it a notch up. “]]>
