American rapper, Wiz Khalifa may have to add discovering a new brother to having a new son! The rapper appears to have a look-alike with striking resemblance far away in Ghana.  He a party-boy well known on the Accra party scene and he doesn’t only look like Amber Rose’s boo but also goes by the name Scratch Khalifah, perhaps because of the resemblance he bears with Wiz Khalifa.
