Sista Afia holds listening session for her debut Album “Queen Solomon” Sista Afia holds listening session for her debut Album “Queen Solomon”[/caption] Preceding her Album Launch Concert slated for this Saturday, December 1, Sista Afia has held an album listening session for the debut album on Monday, November 26, 2018. Titled “Queen Solomon”, the debut album holds 15 songs, with 13 as the main and 2 bonus tracks. In a rather touching speech Sista Afia gave at the listening session with the media, she recounted how challenging it was for her to pull through, owing to many things – amongst them was making a good pick of songs for the album, getting the ‘right’ musicians for features, producers to work on the album etc. the emotional moment in her speech was the backlash she had from some persons who lamented heavily about her body weight that led her to keep strong and ‘work on herself’. Among the songs from the debut catalogue, she featured Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Kelvyn Boy, Flowking Stone, and others. Willis Beats, Shatta Wale, Bisa Kdei, Slo Deezy, CashTwo, Ippapy, Dr Ray, are producers who worked on the album. Sista Afia serenade media and other personnel present at the occasion to a 20-minutes’ live band session. Kelvyn Boy came through to show support and also did a duet with Sista Afia. This Saturday, December 1, 2018, all roads lead to West Hills Mall for the official album launch concert by Sista Afia. “Queen Solomon” Album will be available in all local and international music stores for purchase this December, starting with pre-order links to be circulated by her Management. In lieu with “Queen Solomon” album promo, Sista Afia told the media she would be engaging some media tours as well as engage other strategic promo tours to sell the album across the country and beyond. https://youtu.be/uDi2AU3pZio  ]]>
