There is ‘pull him down’ Syndrome In The Gospel Industry- Carl Clottey

Ghanaian gospel artiste and song writer, Carl Clottey, has revealed that there is ‘pull him down’ syndrome in the gospel music fraternity,  stressing on the fact that it is human nature.

According to the ‘Nkunim’ hitmaker, he has encountered such situation on several occasions and is now use to it.

He emphasized that there were a number of times people tried to sabotage him, but he did not react, as it placed him in a stronger position of knowing who those people really are.

‘‘People do things oh, I mean you might be billed for a gig and someone will call the person (organizer), and it happened live because I was live on the phone and the organizer is telling me they say an artiste says they shouldn’t pick me because we don’t feel you are spiritual enough and that they should pick this person rather. Meanwhile, you get to the event and this person is being nice to you,’’ he explained in an interview with Roselyn Felli on Prime Morning Show on March 10, 2023.
