Ghanaian media personality and show host, Gloria Akpene Nyarku Acquah, otherwise known as Mzgee has made a bold statement regarding her commitment to avoiding any legal battles arising from her appearances as the host of the popular television show, United Showbiz.

Known for its captivating discussions and intriguing celebrity interviews, the show has gained a significant following in Ghana and beyond. However, Mzgee has decided to take a stand to ensure that her involvement with the show remains within the bounds of professionalism and ethical standard.

Speaking in a  interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay Fm on Tuesday, June 13,2023, the beautiful host opined that she will never be sued or go to court as the host of UTV’s United Showbiz program like the former host did.

“I haven’t been to court or jailed before but day in and day out, a MzGee interview is trending. Day in and day-out, people are critiquing and talking about a MzGee conversation. As for the talking about, I am used to it. It is a jail term and a court that I haven’t been to. Plus, with the sort of production team we have, I’m not sure we will go to court,” she said.

According to MzGee, the mercy and grace of God is so immense on her, hence, she will never suffer the same fate as her predecessor, Nana Ama McBrown.

It will be recalled that the former host of UTV’s United Showbiz Program, Nana Ama McBrown, was marked with several controversies and court cases especially  the case of Chairman Wontumi and Afia Schwarzenegger as well as Bulldog.
