According to reports, Artiste Manager, Bulldog had been arrested by the NIB, formerly BNI.

His arrest comes following his appearance on Nana Ama McBrown’s show “United Showbiz” on Sunday night.

GHAMRO President, Rex Omar confirmed his arrest during a phone interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM.

“According to sources some boys from the Presidency went to arrest him and they have gone dump him at BNI whilst BNI themselves don’t know why Bulldog is there, so that is the information we have now,” Rex Omar revealed.

Why was he arrested?

On the show Sunday night, Bulldog made allegations against the President in relation to the payment of the Mezgold money.

“As for the Menzgold money it will come, if not Nana Addo run, he will not finish his four years. I am telling you, he no go finish his four years,” Bulldog said on the show.

In the video, Afia Schwarzenegger is heard cautioning him for ‘threatening’ the President. Bulldog however stated that that was not his intention and asked Afia not to ‘put words in his mouth.’
However, towards the end of the show, Bulldog was prompted by host Nana Ama McBrown to retract his statement which he did;
“There’s no way I have anything personal against the President. I am a citizen so I can’t say I’ll go and kill him. I have not  threatened him. All I was saying is that he should pay Menzgold people their monies because the customers lost their monies during his term.
