The chef behind Fufu Pizza is about to open Afro-Fusion Cafe in Atlanta

US-based Liberian professional chef, Chauncy Yarngo caught the attention of the world with his amazing creations such as fufu pizza, fufu taco, plantain burgers and more.

In 2019 he shared his inspiration  to challenge what he learnt in cooking school, about African food not having a value in markets such as the US,  from his Jambo Experience Restaurant in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Today, he has moved the dream to Atlanta, Georgia, where it has expanded into an Afro-fusion cafe, a catering consultancy, a virtual delivery-only restaurant, and more
