Citi FM boss defends EIB Network

CEO of Citi FM / Citi TV Samuel Atta Mensah has waded into recent conversations on alleged unpaid salaries of staff of media company, EIB Network.

On Monday, July 4 , the news went viral that some staff of EIB Network in Accra laid down their tools to impress on their managers to pay their unpaid 9-month salaries. This resulted in a huge backlash against the managers of EIB Network, from the public.

However, commenting on a post by Daily Graphic on Twitter, which also sought to propagate the alleged rumours, Samuel Atta Mensah questioned why Daily Graphic did not seek any response from EIB CEO but went forth to post his picture. “Unpaid salaries story? Resignation is still allowed. No?, he questioned.

He continued, “the organization has been through hell and back , I expected Graphic to have at least taken a response from the man whose picture they’ve boldly posted for balance .” “At least they don’t depend on our taxes like you do” he exclaimed.
