#Covid19: Obour loses father to coronavirus, denies hiding information from health workers
Former MUSIGA President, Bice ‘Obour’ Osei Kuffour has lost his father, Nana Osei Boansi Kuffour to the global pandemic COVID-19.
The musician turned politicians’ father is reportedly the fifth person to die from the Coronavirus in Ghana.
When news of his father’s passing broke, there were claims on social media which suggested that the family hid his travel history from health workers.
However, responding to these claims, Obour shared full details of the circumstances that led to his father’s death.
The Asante Akyem South Parliamentary candidate is currently under quarantine with his family members who had contact with his late father.

With sadness and a heavy heart I announce the death of Nana Osei Boansi Kuffour my biological father.
Nana returned from UK on 19th March after his yearly visit to the family. Upon his return he was fine but began coughing on Sunday 22nd.
