Broadcaster, Serwaa Amihere has opined that if Evangelist Patricia popularly known as “Nana Agradaa” is prosecuted by the Police for scamming her church members, then, many other pastors and religious heads should face the same wrath.

According to her, there are many other religious leaders in the country, who take money from their congregants for various reasons and should be prosecuted as well.

“If Agradaa suffers prosecution, then many, many, many pastors, religious folks in Ghana must also be prosecuted. People agree to give their money to others to chop tax free in this country every 7 days or even less,” she tweeted.

Nana Agradaa was arrested by the Police on Sunday, October 9 for scamming some members of her church.

The former fetish priestess, turned Evangelist was accused of a money doubling scam by some members of her church.

While the Police have arrested Nana Agradaa and keeping her in their custody, they have also asked victims to come forward and make a statement to help with the investigation.
