Nana Aba Anamoah, a Ghanaian media sensation has expressed her satisfaction over the dismissal of former finance minister, Ken Ofori-Atta, labeling him as the “worst finance minister this country has ever had.”

The broadcaster’s candid critique shed light on the discontent that some Ghanaians feel towards Ofori-Atta’s tenure as the head of the finance ministry.  known for her fearless commentary, doesn’t hold back in her assessment of Ofori-Atta’s performance, asserting that the finance minister failed to meet the expectations of the Ghanaian people. Her outspoken stance reflects a sentiment shared by those critical of the economic policies and financial management during Ofori-Atta’s tenure.

Speaking on 3Music’s Big Conversation, the Multiple award-winning media star opined that Ken messed up the legacy of President Akuffo Addo, adding that she is very happy and content with the fact that he’s been asked to step aside for someone else to take over. Her comments come days after she took to social media to reveal that she had a dream where the former minister was asked to step aside.

”I’m so happy that man is down. I’m so so happy because Ken Ofori Atta is the worst finance minister this country has ever had. He has messed up the President’s legacy. That is what this man has done,” she said.

Nana further asserted that Ken Ofori-Atta should have resigned long ago before the reshuffle as he performed badly as each day passed by.

As the news of Ofori-Atta’s departure reverberates, Anamoah’s perspective contributes to the ongoing discourse surrounding the effectiveness of leadership in key government positions.
