Is Cannes the new Mecca for Ghanaian stars? Captain Planet joins the festival

Rapper, Captain Planet of the hip group, -4×4 just checked in at Cannes where the partying has started to go through the roof.  Several activities such as film screening, seminars, exclusive parties, networking events and others have kept the 66^th Cannes Film Festival very busy.
