invite1The forecourt of Aphrodisiac Nightclub would echo with lyrical gunshots on Sunday, September 12 as reggae/dancehall newcomer, IWAN launches his much anticipated debut, ‘My Time’. The album launch which coincides with the artist’s birthday is set to be a thrilling experience for fans, with performances from IWAN and guest artists.

‘My Time : A year of an inspirational Gentle Ghetto Youth’ includes hit songs such as ‘Who’s Bad?’,  ‘That Day’, ‘Still Love Me’ and the inspirational single ‘Thanks & Praise’. IWAN which is an acronym of the expression ‘I-Win-Always-Naturally’ had been an underground artiste for a long time before signing on to Bullhaus Entertainment and featured on a number of remixes from that label.

He has performed on shows like Miss Ghana 2008, Joy FM’s Nite with the Stars, Exopa Fashion Nite, Kwaw Kesse Beach Bash, Sound Splash, Ghana Loves Haiti Concert, Face of Tertiary and others.  He was also phenomenal at the recent concert for the new rLG G-series mobile phone at the Banquet Hall of the State House. His first solo act on stage was at the 4syte Video Awards.
