The Manager of hiplife artiste, Kwaw Kese, Fennec Okyere has been found dead at his Manet Gardens residence. According to reports, he was shot dead by some unknown assailant(s) Thursday morning. His bedroom was scattered and according to the caretaker of the house who was out when the incident occurred, he found his ‘master’ Fennec lying in a pool of his own blood after neighbours called to inform him (caretaker) of noises in the house. According to the caretaker, nothing was stolen. Speaking to Kwami Sefa Kayi in an interview on Peace FM’s ‘Kokrokoo’, Abeiku Santana, host of Okay FM’s Kwanso Dwodwo and a close pal of Fennec said the body is yet to be taken to the morgue.”…residents claim they could hear raised voices and sounds of struggles from the victim’s residence in the wee hours of this morn, but because there was power outage in the area no one ventured to find out more…not until this morn,” Abeiku Santana recounted.
The death come weeks after Fenec told the media that he had received threats following his tussle with MUSIGA over the rights to Ghana Music Week. (Read here)
