According to veteran Ghanaian actress, Grace Omaboe (alias Maame Dokono), one of her sons broke her heart when he married a foreigner despite her objections. Maame Dokono said at a press interaction that she and her husband usually choose a good Ghanaian girl for their children to marry, but this particular stubborn one did not agree. âWe were all in London for the wedding but after some time it broke up and then I said well I am happy that it has broken down,â she said last week Wednesday while reacting to a question during a press screening of her upcoming film, âMy Very Ghanaian Weddingâ. âMy son who lives in New York wanted to marry and usually the father and I will select a Ghanaian woman for all our children but this son said no and he got married to someone from Trinidad & Tobago,â she added. According to her, the marriage later broke down and she was quite happy about that. âWe were all in London for the wedding but after some time it broke down and then I said well I am happy that it has broken down.â she continued. âThis time, I am going to give you a Ghanaian medical doctor, a very beautiful girl then he goes for another white girl. Ghanaian artist Stonebwoy has announced that his upcoming album will feature collaborations with American singers Jordin Sparks and Fridayy, as well as Wyclef and Rick Ross.

The album is expected to be released later this year.
