Celebrated American TV personality and motivational speaker, Steve Harvey has advised vacationers, especially Americans to make Ghana their first stop if they plan of visiting the African continent.

Ghana and other African countries have been receiving immense endorsement from American celebrities, who ceaselessly encourage their supporters to make a once-in-a-lifetime trip to the
birthplace of civilization.

The comment of the host of Family Feud Show, comes on the back of his gratitude to Africans and the significant influence they’ve had on African Americans and the world at large. This is as a result of his visit to Ghana during the ‘year of return’ in 2019 with his wife.

Steve in a viral video told his audiences to leave everything they’ve heard and visit countries such as Ghana, Botswana and South Africa. According to him, their visit will change their
perception of Africans completely.

‘‘Forget everything you’ve ever heard. After you go to Africa, you got to go to Ghana first, then you need to go to Botswana because you need to see these places, ’ he stated.

The TV host who doubles as an actor and a producer, further divulged that seeing Africans in person will help his fellow countrymen understand that Africans are the same as any other
people in the world.
