In a recent interview on Joy Prime’s “On A More Serious Note” show, Patrick asserted that he did not receive the required support to complete the application process even though his team tried their best.

“My stand-a-thon attempt wasn’t approved and that is because I was looking for people to help and I didn’t get so before the date got closer we saw that no we have delayed the
process so the flyer and everything was out and people were waiting and expecting it to happen so I said okay fine”, he said.

According to Patrick, his decision to bring a halt to the attempt was as a result of light outbreak and rules assumed by his team.

“When I did 2 hours I decided to go more for 3hours and that’s what the team had said, so I
stood for another 2 hours and there was light outbreak so I shifted myself and we decided that
no we have broken the rules”, he added.
