Speaking in a recent interview with King Lagazee on the  Yaad Settingz show on Asaase Radio in Accra, the ‘Barack Obama’ hitmaker disclosed that he and Shatta Wale were once close friends, but their bond was tarnished by the influence of the devil as well as their personality differences.

The controversial crooner explained saying ,“You know he’s been my friend from the start, but Satan came in, ego and a lot of other things came in to destroy us. I am excited now because I and him have been at loggerheads for close to 20 years.”

He  added  that  “in fact, the day that I heard him talk on Facebook live, I had goose bumps all over me. He sent a message out that he’s going to be talking about Blakk Rasta, so check me out , I thought he was going to be his usual self.

The radio personality continued, “Then he said he was going to block anybody who talks ill about Blakk Rasta. So, it made me think, ‘A man who loves his fans so much is willing to push some of them away if they disrespect me.’’
