Yahoo News’ Michael Isikoff reports that Trump will be charged with 34 felony counts stemming from the hush money investigation. He will not be placed in handcuffs nor be subjected to a mug shot.

Some protesters and counterprotesters have assembled outside the courthouse, but so far they’ve been outnumbered by media members. Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., and George Santos, R-N.Y., made appearances in support of Trump.

Yahoo News’ Caitlin Dickson will be providing updates from inside the courtroom where Trump is expected to be arraigned.
