Valentine’s Day pushes Gyakie’s ‘FORVER’ to the top on Nigeria and Ghana Apple Music Hot 100

Ghanaian singer, Gyakie is on the rise and Valentine’s Day helped push her  smash hit ‘Forever’ to the top of the Apple Music charts in both Ghana and Nigeria.

As a budding musician who also happens to be the daughter of Ghanaian highlife legend  Nana Acheampong, Gyakie is already making great strides with her music.

Last year, Gyakie dropped her first body of work: “SEED”. The lead single on the EP, “FORVER” landed her her first Billboard chart debut. The song broke into the top 10 of Triller Global Billboard charts.

Although ‘FOREVER’ was released on August 7th 202, the song is still topping charts in Africa.

The song is currently #4 on Nigeria’s Apple Music’s HOT 100 and #5 on Ghana’s  Apple Music Hot 100 thanks to its heartwarming lyrics which was an anthem for lovers this Valentine’s Day.

Reacting to the feat, Gyakie wrote on social media:

Gyakie is set to release a remix of FOREVER this year.
