Wowzers! Stephanie Benson and husband celebrate 30 years of marriage

It’s a big day for UK- Based Ghanaian International singer/performer Stephanie Benson as she and her husband, Jonathan are celebrating 30 good years of marriage today.

The jazz singer and her husband got married exactly 30 years ago and have been blessed with 5 beautiful kids.

In an Instagram post today, Stephanie took some time to celebrate her husband. She wrote:

“Married 17th June, 1989 at 3.15pm, 30 years today. Had 5 children, potential homicide at least 3 times, MIA about 20 TIMES if I don’t get my way 🙄. But still cannot imagine life without him. I love you Jonathan. ❤️”

Stephanie Benson, is the older sister of Ghanaian highlife singer, Akosua Agyapong.

Since the release her first single, “Now is the Time”, which placed her in the top 20 on UK dance charts, she has collaborated with several international stars including Stevie Wonder.

Since moving back to Ghana, Benson has released a number of albums, including Different Kind of Heaven, What are you doing with your life and Friend in 2015, as well as Dear Lord and I am worth it in 2016.

Stephanie Benson is a survivor of Breast Cancer and has dedicated her time to help women going through the disease.
