4x4Award winning hiplife trio, 4X4 is set to rock Regent University’s ‘Prestigious JAM Night’ variety show slated for the Aviation Social Center, Accra on October 28. Also on the bill are Ronny O, Lil Shaker and Bro Kelvin beats from Skillions, and EL.

The event forms part of this year’s ‘Parliamentary Week’ celebrations held annually in Regent University and it promises to be exciting, invigorating, entertaining and full of fun. The school’s Deputy Minister of parliament Master Brian Anderson commented that this year’s students week celebrations is of a difference, not just for the students but the whole public as they partake in various activities from October 22-31.

He adds: “there is life in Regent University, apart from the ‘Prestigious jam Night’, which is normally called the artiste night, all other activities lined up for the week will get both students and the general public in the mood of relaxation and excitement. The theme chosen for this year’s week celebrations, ‘Learn Hard, Play Hard’”.

Activities to for the celebrations are as follows

October 22, launch of celebrations

October 23, a street float with the aim of changing perceptions of people about the school, especially the youth, both Post graduate and under graduate.

October 24, special gospel praise show

October 25-26, cooking competition, indoor games, health day, career and investment fair.

October 27, Inter society sports competition at the Elwak Sports stadium

October 28, The Prestigious Jam Night and after party

October 29, lake side trip to Sajuna Beach Resort inside Akosombo

October 31, Thanksgiving service.
