Davido confirms he and Chioma are officially married
Nigerian Superstar, Davido has been off the grid for a couple of months now following the tragic loss of his son.
Before he took the social media sabbatical, the “If” hitmaker had announced that he will be back online in March, and he kept his promise.
On March 21, he returned to social media with news; a “Timeless” album set to drop on March 31.
In a new interview since his return promoting his new album, Davido responded affirmatively to missing his fans while he was away.
“Definitely, I’ve never ever taken this type of break just being away,” he told Kiekie, the interviewer.

The award-winning global superstar added that his time away was packed with a lot of activities; self reflection, making more music and spending time with his family.
“I’ve had a lot to think about. Time to rest, reflect, a lot of family time, and definitely time to make music again. I remade the album, before I went on the break, I had the album ready, had the tour ready but we did the album,” he disclosed.
Davido also confirmed news about his marriage to his longtime girlfriend and mother to his Kate son, Chioma.
“It’s crazy, I’m married. A lot of different things but we’re ready now to get back on the road,” he added.
