America-based Ghanaian comedian, Michael Blackson has highlighted the level of peace and security Ghana is blessed with.

Blackson, who has visited his home country, Ghana, ceremoniously within the last few years, has observed the level of safety he enjoys when back home.

In a recent appearance on the Drink Champs with NORE & DJ EFN, Michael stated that Ghana is peaceful and safe, compared to the United States.

‘‘In Ghana, let me tell you something, you will go out, go to the club, you will go home safe at night time, in America you might not make it back home after you go clubbing, but yeah Ghana is so peaceful and nothing happens to you, you will go out and make it safe, there is no violence, nobody is going to kill you at the club, no shooting, no nothing, nothing happens’’ he stated.

Touching on Meek Mill’s recent visit to Ghana which sparked a lot of controversy after he shot a music video at the Jubilee House, Blackson, stated that although he has no idea how Meek mill got the footage, the Jubilee House does not allow for such to happen.

“In Africa, our White Houses are a little bit different. I think what happened was he went in there and took some pictures and videos and later on used it for a music video. I don’t know how it happened but Ghana is a very strict country and you are not allowed to capture in the Jubilee house,’’ he said.
