Few days after Ghanaian singer, Patapaa, crowned himself the “Messi” of the Ghana music industry, he has come back to say that he is like “Jesus” to Ghanaians.
The “One Corner” hitmaker has been trending on social media for more than two weeks after his rap verse on Kawoula Biov’s ‘Daavi Ne Ba’ went viral.
Speaking in an interview with BigX Media at the launch of the 2019 edition of “Ghana Meets Naija” concert, the “Skopatumana” rapper bragged that he has become the ‘Jesus’ for Ghana because he is putting Ghana on the map.
“…I have become like Jesus for Ghana. I don’t do things that make only me trend, I do things to make the whole of Ghana shine. so far, last two years Ghana trended. This year too I have put Ghana on the map again for CNN to even report on it. So my goal is to keep putting Ghana on the map…” he said.
Patapaa yo may be doing amazing and all, but please slow down on the accolades.
