Ghanaian music and dance sensation, Mr. Drew has revealed that despite what happened between himself and Nigerian-American singer, Rotimi, he is still open to working with him when the right song comes up.

Mr Drew made this known while responding to a question from Ameyaw TV host Zeinat, about if he had the chance to meet up with the “Power” actor during his last visit to Ghana.

“I was very busy at that time and it wasn’t really part of my plans,” Mr Drew told Zeinat.

Further enquiries by Zeinat on why he [Mr Drew] did not take the opportunity to met up with Rotimi face to face, to iron things out, illicit this response;

“I think he was here to work with Kuami Eugene and I have seen his interview where he said he is open to work with me and stuff like that.”

Mr Drew however, added that although it is not part of his plan now, he’s open to take up Rotimi on a feature offer if it ever comes up.

“Hopefully when a song comes and I feel like the vibe is good, I’ll let my team do the link up but for now it’s not part of the plan”, Drew stated.

Mr Drew and Rotimi got off on the wrong foot a couple of  years ago when the former
released his song “Eat.”

It was reported that someone had informed Rotimi that his song ‘Love Riddim’ had been stolen by Mr Drew and remastered.

Mr Drew was subsequently asked to pull the song down from all platforms as the song breached copyright laws.
