Multiple award-winning Ghanaian Highlife and Afrobeats singer/songwriter, Kuami Eugene, has shed light on his personal interpretation of accolades in the realm of entertainment.

For the ‘Monica’ hitmaker, awards represent more than just tangible recognition; they stand as symbolic monuments signifying achievement and acknowledgment of artistic mastery.

In his view, these honors are not merely about collecting trophies but are instead markers of the dedication, creativity, and hard work invested in the craft. Kuami further noted that awards put artistes on a certain level and keep them on their feet, as well as motivate them to do more in their field of work.
