Award-winning singer, Wendy Shay has stated that calling herself the “Queen of Ghana Music” is in no way to disrespect other female musicians in the industry.

According to the singer who sparked a lot of controversy a few months ago when she declared herself the “Queen of Ghana Music,” her fans gave her the title and her intention is to work towards it.

“The title Qeen of Ghana Music is something that my fans gave me and I’m working towards it because they say speak and it shall be  done. So I don’t mean to disrespect anybody at all. I admire all of them because I came to meet them so I respect their work, she told Ameyaw TV in an exclusive interview.
