Radio personality, Sammy Forson has lost over 25 kilograms since he took up a new healthy lifestyle of healthy eating and working out in the year 2015. The Live FM host has been sharing his journey on Instagram, where he revealed that his uncontrolled weight gain was due to stress, alcohol abuse and late night eating.
He explained: “2014 Vrs 2015.. What depression, lack of self love, alcohol and late night eating can do… I thank God for all I have been through… Eating right and keeping fit has done me a lot of good.. Ghanaian artist Stonebwoy has announced that his upcoming album will feature collaborations with American singers Jordin Sparks and Fridayy, as well as Wyclef and Rick Ross.

The album is expected to be released later this year.
