#AmeyawMeets: PaaJay’s Kitchen, providing delicious Ghanaian food in Philadelphia and beyond

They say there’s no place like home. But as people we sometimes need to travel or move to make things happen.
In today’s world, moving goods across the globe is quite easy, so it is not surprising to be on the streets in New York and walk into a shop where you could find goods and products from Ghana or any part of the world.
However when it comes to food, things are not always the same. You don’t always get the feel from what you have back home. That was why I was amazed when I ate from PaaJay’s Kitchen on my recent trip to Philadelphia. The taste, the ingredients and everything else was authentically Ghanaian.
So before leaving Philadelphia, I went back one last time to enjoy some fufu and to find out the story of Carl Moore, the man behind the food.
