Established by Jermaine Cole, better known as J. Cole, the Grammy-nominated artist and producer, Dreamville (Interscope Records) is a collective come record label known for its mastery of non-traditional approach to music and a mission to empower the culture while shifting narratives.

Home to some of today’s most exciting voices such as J.I.D, Bas, Ari Lennox, EARTHGANG, Lute, Omen and Cozz, it garners a cult like fan base across the nation and globally. 2019 started off with a bang for Dreamville with its “Dreamers Sessions” making viral news and headlines across the internet, its success continued with a noisy takeover at NBA All Stars in Cole’s home state of North Carolina with pop up shops selling exclusive pieces and Cole performing the All Star halftime show.

The southern state got a double dose of Dreamville for the inaugural Dreamville Festival — which packed out the legendary Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, NC of over 40,000 fans — hosting live music from Dreamville artists as well as special guests like 21 Savage, Nelly, Teyana Taylor and more. Satiating the thirst for new music came the fiery track from J. Cole in “Middle Child” — now certified triple platinum — that kickstarted a monumental countdown to the label’s highly anticipated project Revenge of The Dreamers III (now also certified platinum).

The momentus album went on to receive critical acclaim and Grammy nominations including “Best Rap Album” and “Best Rap Performance” for lead single “Down Bad.” The sessions, which spanned across multiple nights, birthed a body of music that transcends what happened at Tree Sound studios — where some of music’s brightest stars came together to quite simply; create.

1. Turn the Oven Temperature up to 375 Degrees

Eggs should be broken immediately into the bowl containing the butter and sugar mixture. After the eggs have been broken, use your spoon to give them a quick beating, swirling them into the butter and sugar.

5. Vanilla, Salt, and Baking Soda Should be Measured and Combined

Now is the time to thoroughly combine the batter. Make sure there are no leftover clumps and that the batter is uniform in color. Instead of adding the salt and baking soda to the flour, you may combine them in a separate dish with the flour.

6. Stir All of the Flour at Once
