I never asked eShun not to perform any of the music she made under me- Stephen Mensah
Ex-manager/fiancé of singer eShun, Stephen Mensah has denied her claims of being allowed to perform music that she recorded whilst she was under his label.
Over the week, Eshun made some shocking revelations about her relationship with her manager, Stephen Mensah.
In a sit down interview with Zion Felix, eShun among many other things, revealed the unfair treatment which was meted out to her during their time together.
eShun also alleged that her ex-manager had prevented her from performing any music she made whilst under his label.
However, in an interview with Halifax on Okay FM, Stephen Mensah denied the claim.
According to him, eShun is still performing most of the said songs at gigs and he hasn’t sued her or anything.
“Last year she performed at Despite’s son’s wedding, she performed Akyiaa and Somone loves me. I never sued her for the songs. She also performed at Adonko concert. When she was with me, she recorded 16 songs which she still performs,” he told Halifax.
Stephen Mensah also spoke on the issue of asking her not to use the name ‘eShun.’
“I created the name, so I never said she shouldn’t use it again. I changed her name Eshun to eShun.”
