Ghanaian actress and movie producer, Yvonne Nelson has defended why she refused to employ a gentleman she blocked on Twitter.

According to Yvonne, an unidentified person came to her to be interviewed for the position of a personal assistant.

Yvonne shared the news on her Twitter and asked her followers to be weary of the kinds of things they say to people on social media.

Popular people all over the world have been victims of online bullying and trolls and in a quest to control it, they block users who say harmful/hurtful things to them.

“Stay on twitter and continue fooling and insulting people you’ve never met. Your future self will regret it. One guy came for a job interview and i asked him for his twitter handle, guess what, i had blocked him. Well….you know the rest. Keep fooling wai,” Yvonne shared on Twitter.

Her tweet caught a lot of attention as Twitter users wanted to know why Yvonne blocked the gentleman in the first place.

She shared another tweet insinuating that the guy had been insulting her on Twitter.
