GMA-USA’23 To Announce Nominees on April 15

Dennis Boafo, founder of the Ghana Music Awards, USA (GMA-USA), has revealed that nominees for this year awards will be announced on  April 15, 2023 at Waterford 6715 Commerce St, Springfield, VA 22150.

Speaking to Graphic Showbiz, Dennis, who is also known as Don’t D, made known a lot of arrangement and preparations have gone into making this year’s awards ceremony sponsored by TapTap better and to mark the scheme’s growth in the last four years.

According to him, the score mark for GMA-USA has always been high and the team was not in any way ready to drop its performance. In the words of D Don, “We are not ignorant of the fact that a lot is expected from us even though we keep raising the bar and setting new pace in the Ghanaian entertainment industry in the USA. We have come far and we know all eyes are on us.”

The founder to a greater extend said,  “And for that, we are making earnest preparations and we can confidently state that, this year’s event will surpass previous years. For instance, the entire production of the event will see a huge and massive revamp.”

Ghana Music Awards USA is an annual people’s choice Awards organized by Don’s Music Production which is a well-known registered event hub based in the United States. The awards scheme which  is aimed at celebrating both Ghanaian artists and musicians based in the diaspora, particularly in the USA has seen deserving artistes duly rewarded for their crafts.
