Millyz Shares New Single & Video"Moon Roof" (Feat. Jadakiss)
Massachusetts hip-hop vet Millyz has just shared his new video single “Moon Roof”featuring his longtime mentor Jadakiss–-a key single off his forthcoming album Blanco 6(Out 4/7). On “Moon Roof”, Millyz and Jadakiss deliver well-seasoned wordplay, stoic confidence, and poised presence over chanting background vocals, subtle horns, and waining keys. Jadakiss has been supporting Millyz hand-in-hand for over a decade, and this new single adds to the long lineage of collaborative tracks between the two, including “Rearview Mirror”, “Hopeless”, “Gov’t Cheese (feat. Dej Loaf & Nino Man) and many more. The Dom Bruno-directed visual shows the talented pair waxing poetic in hazed-filled rooms shoulder-to-shoulder with their crews, flashing serious cash, and riding around in high-end automobiles. The single is a welcomed preview of what Millyz has in store for fans with his forthcoming album Blanco 6. On the LP, Millyz is sharpening his skills, honing his craft, and exploring fresh sounds as he links up with everyone from Tri-State standouts Albee Al & Leaf Ward on “Risk Takers” (which earned a co-sign from Kodak Black this week), the iconic Jamaican producer Rvssian on the previously released single “YOYO”, and his tried-and-true collaborators G Herbo, Dave East and Jadakiss.Millyz lit the internet on fire all of last year with standout freestyles on L.A. Leakers, The Come Up Show, and most recently Fire In The Booth. In 2020, things started to really heat up for him with the release of his last project Blanco 4. The album had a string of successful singles including “Emotions” featuring G Herbo, “Benny Blanco” alongside expert bar spitter Benny The Butcher & “Hopeless” with Jadakiss. Leading up to the release of his 2022 Blanco 5, Millyz released the singles “Ashes In The Maybach”featuring Mozzy, “Love/Hate” (feat. Gio Dee) and “Closure”.
